So if my monthly deduction from salary total up to 65k a year, the max that can be deducted from my salary to EPF is only 60k?

Not possible.
Else everyone would choose that and take out all the money in account 2.

Your money goes in, split into 2 account and only account 2 that can be taken out for some purposes.

CIMB rate quite ok for me.
Can get 4.1% for 6 months.

However, very pissed off with their RM.
Took ages to revert to me and always cannot reach.

Went to another branch (normal banking) and all they can offer is just what is adverstised, no nego or special rate.

in the end, decided to keep my money and try again next month...
Perhaps I should just walk into other Preferred Banking branch.

Hi, can I ask?

Anyone here know what is the FD rate offered to RHB Premier Banking customer?
I am asking because I am close to become one, minus very small requirement which I can fulfill anytime.

However I do not wish to move my money to be Premier Banking customer only to find out the FD rate is not attractive enough...

Hence the question...

This is what I received from HLB. (to support the rates I gave earlier ). Apparently the free gift (money tree) is still available when I placed last week. And if anyone is interested to deposit RM200k and is a new to bank customer, feel free to PM me, MEMBER-GET-MEMBER promo (entitles the introducer to RM200 Parkson voucher, we split the voucher smile.gif )

is this for priority banking customer only?
I checked online but couldn't find it.
