So for declaration of income tax, i will be charge a flat rate of 15%. Is my understanding correct?

Ya but i probably transfer just 1000~2000 each time. If that's the case, 10SGD = ~RM26, CIMB rate can be RM0.026 lower if I transfer 1000SGD yet still getting the same amount or can be RM0.013 lower if I transfer 2000SGD.

And it's done through bank so most probably safe. Yesterday when rate goes up to 2.65 I saw someone post on FB cimb giving 2.64XX.

So if that's the case probably I should consider opening CIMB account

Login and choose last option "Print REP". You get the same thing as the one given during you completed the PR formality (at least for mine)

There's no entry permit, only re-entry permit right?
