I'm planning to rent a 4bedroom 700sf at garden Plaza, with so many owner here, do you have any reports regarding the surrounding and the condition of the area? Like crimes, etc. Cuz we students scare a lot problem after move in haha and we have a female in the group too, so safety Is a concern. Thanks in advance for replies.

area is still new. hardly see an people around.

the security is 3 tier right?

i think shd be safe enuf

how much u wiling to pay

i have unit rent out. the tenant and agent told me no difference much in rental.. if that is the case do you think willing to spend 2k for a/c and 1k for partition

I'm an owner and resident here. So far din encounter any problems. Had a littering issue but now solved with more trash cans around. Us owners and tenants are working together with management to keep the place in good condition. Anything just complain n the management will take swift actions. Guards r plenty around. Now pushing for more CCTV.

No....its 4b.

Even their under 500sq units got 3 rooms...

Actually i hsvent seen any units but during sales last time...was told that bedrooms are not fully partition to the ceiling...

I could be wrong or wrong project.

Now owner can make it up to full height to close it and but I like what I seen so far. Lots of improvement and security guard are efficient.

The partition room is not sound proof. Dont on your radio too loud.

any owners have an unit with 4r2b for rent? fully furnished, i actually prefer direct keng with owner then agent, cuz idk what agent doing sometimes

With TIME, u really don't need TM
