2 lelong units sold yesterday from Garden Plaza.
Price slowly drop below 150K now. Size 450sqft. Unit number OT-13-13A and OT-13-16 Both unit sold at reserve price 144,400. Both single bidder won unchallenged. (not sure the same buyer or not) Good catch? |

are there a lot transactions ? if i bought a lelong , can i sell at market value ? that is a gain of 100k
