Hi, you should call 03-8886 6888 TNB Putrajaya & Cyberjaya to follow up the application status. Be honestly, Mah Sing staff only assist you to submit the application to TNB. Better call to TNB instead of Mah Sing. Even you call them 10 times, their answer is the same, pending for TNB.

Regarding the Maintenance Fee, I just found that rm0.28 per sqft, not rm0.25 as the sales person told me last time. I called to the management twice times, one of the staff is rude. The way she spoke was impolitely. She said the calculation of maintenance fee is rm3 per sq metre. Ask her more about that, she said "I Don't Know'.

So based on my calculation for 450 sqft unit is 41.8 metre = rm125.4 per month for maintenance fee. Then the sinking fund should be rm12.54. My monthly sinking fund is rm16.50. Now I'm waiting her revert about the area size of the car park bay.

Many owners including me who have submitted directly to TNB got their rate converted to residential.

I heard those who submitted to management got delayed due to some human error, but I think some of them got converted too.

So the fastest way will be submitting the form and letter directly to TNB Putrajaya.

may i know what's the procedure to convert the rate?

nevermind, just read your other post. biggrin.gif

Obviously this is the agent job or spread the news to get owner to let go at lower rate.

Owners just need to know when is the LKW next session will do.
