For cooking, I'll use a compact induction cooker. For food preparation, I may need to install a wall-mounted table cause there's no space anymore after i place the induction cooker. 

Built in 1 sure is nice, with at least 2 cookers. Saw this combo yesterday at Index Living at IOI City Mall. What u think?

Well, show you guys something, I found this at ikea, just nice to install at the cabinet space right on top of the washing machine.. It seems easy to install, DIY no problem, well, do this if you planning to stay on your own, if you plan to rent out ... Please don't ruin your studio.. The induction cooker just place it on top of the washing machine... A functional mini kitchen is now ok to operate... Ehehehehe

Perhaps L shape is better, as recommended by a forumer, not too narrow    What do u guys think? Have to use bro Peter's idea a bit, the top on washing machine, because I don't think the washing machine can be move around anywhere, the hose might be fixed there already   Any sifu here knows what is the estimated cost of this renovation?

You are right. But there is no new Uni is coming in now. Also there are so many new options for student to choose, the place, shaburry, d'pulse and domain apartment (with rooms). Investing in student suites is not really a wise idea, how to managing multiple tenants, especially they are students, the fully furnish (bed and etc) will not last long. The next time owner come collect back keys, you will surely cry out loud. Because the money you get from them will goes back to refurbish for the next tenant, if not who wants to rent ? Also don't think of selling Asap, think of the property market slow down, got money also people will buy for own stay and investing in bigger and proper apartment. Those foreigners will also consider tha GP is far away from town, unless those are really rich, then will get a car in order to stay in GP, if not also hard to move around, also if got money, who want to stuck in such small dorm feel studio.... In the end, will GP really attract students to stay ? LKW ? The only key point here is that the retail in GP must be good !! Student stay here will get everything they want, for example Coffee cafe, food court, mamak, cybercafe, gorcery shop and etc. if without all this, do you think easy to rent out ? I think the student suite investor better renovate the whole studio and OWN STAY LA !!! Lol

This is a bit off-topic but I just wanted to compare the price of GP to other projects in Cyberjaya. I went to D'Pulze and UEM Sunrise were trying to sell their units at Verdi Eco-dominium. Can't believe it will be 40 stories tall!

And the units are too pricey for me...I think the 700sq ft 1-bedroom was RM480,00 while the 900-something sq ft 2-bedroom was above RM500,000!!! That's crazy! Wish I was rich enough to buy a unit but looking at that crazy price, I'm amazed at how overpriced apartments are in Cyberjaya.

Haha, I don't have that much money to buy this unit anyway. It's for the ultra rich lol. 

Hi, I just received letter from MPS regarding the revision on the assessment fee on garden plaza.
Nilai tahunan is RM3600, cukai setahun is RM302.40, so it is 8.4%, very expensive for this small size unit in under daerah Sepang. Nearby area such as Serdang under MPSJ, 3 room apartment with more than 1000 sqft, cukai pintu is less than RM250, rate is 5% only.
Service apartment under DBKL is also only charging 5%. So Garden Plaza should be charged RM180 on cukai pintu.
Anyone know how much the cukai pintu for other apartments in cyberjaya?
The letter mention we can write in to object it before 28 August.
Anyone know how to write?

Seeing more units light up in GP now, why mah sing still have not contact me T_T
