I heard those who submitted to management got delayed due to some human error, but I think some of them got converted too.

So the fastest way will be submitting the form and letter directly to TNB Putrajaya.

Answer is no, because u'll need to prepare a letter first, and LHDN stamp for your form.

Step-by-step guide to convert electrical tariff.

1. Write an official letter to TNB Putrajaya, example below
2. Fill in conversion form, as attached
3. Stamp the conversion form at LHDN (nearest at Cyberjaya, near HP) for RM10
5. Submit the letter and stamped conversion form to TNB Putrajaya

All of these can be done in less than 1 hour, from stamping to form submission.

Is there public transport (bus) available from garden plaza to places like Dpulze or shaftsbury?

Yes i know can be done but it doesnt come fully partitioned up from developer.
