this garden mall is rightly termed.

No....its 4b.

Even their under 500sq units got 3 rooms...

Actually i hsvent seen any units but during sales last time...was told that bedrooms are not fully partition to the ceiling...

I could be wrong or wrong project.

its your property....agent helps you to find tenants but ultimately its your responsibility who will be your ultimate tenant is.....bcos money is into your pocket.
in tis dna, you can request for tenant profile, paperworks and etc and can do any verification and checking via online........doesn't matter where you are......

but my experience of tarnished unit, unpaid bills and ran away at midnight was a local chinese, penang nang...... puke.gif

Mrt benefits will likely to come thru 1.5yrs after operation (base on uk report).

So need to hold for 7 yrs roughly (if bought today)
