Hi , currently my living aircond is not cool , beside that i have call outside contractor to check say it compressor is spoil , any idea management will responsible to get warranty to change new aircond ? need any cost ?

A parking level that is open for all is temporary closed for maintenance and cleaning. There are many tenants without a proper parking bay, so they have to park their car outside.
