Since the previous thread was removed due to soliciting/advertising reason doh.gif I suppose we should have a new thread created for owners only, to unite and discuss about the GP progress and future problems.

So let's keep the soliciting/advertising away mad.gif Non-owners are welcomed to discuss too but avoid from spamming too much ya! Thanks for the cooperation!

Indeed! And don't forget the upcoming IOI City Mall! Very near to GP! Less than 8km, around 10min from GP! thumbup.gif

It sure is! I wonder when will Garden Boulevard announce their tenant? Very eager to know. Their target to open the shops by the end of this year seems impossible sad.gif

Altho CCC will benifit GP owners, but I don't really like how developers nowadays kept advertising and emphasizing on something that has not launched or built yet. Should focus on developing the existing area first la ie CBD Perdana

Looks good so far but I hope the quality is good as well, heard many bad stories from Mahsing about their building quality unsure.gif

Is this the one next to petronas (Subway) .. As I'm working in cyber and kinda plan to hunt a house / apartment in cyber.. Don't have much time to drive are and identify which is which.

But I've heard there one near HP and Lembaga Hasil. 3bed rooms apartment asking for 200k++ partly furnish.

the one near HP is a PR1MA project Masreca 19.

Our Neighbour The Place is completed, my friend who has a unit there already recieved letter from developer, now waiting his turn to collect house key, that place I passed by last week, not bad lor, all units have their view one .. Nothing blocking, unlike GP... T.T my unit is facing tower 3 ...

Wanna ask something, GP is under service apartment title? Is it same as SOHO? What's is the main difference? SOHO electricity bill is more expensive than service apartment ??? Help help

GP is under commercial title, so the rate will be higher. However, like some of the SOHO or service appartment, the title can be change if all of the residents request for it. Not quite sure the procedure though.
