owner here. harvard.

vp date would be? and by vp i mean ready to move in since its fully furnished?

also, would like to know only one parking per apartment? can i get extra?

Just went for a drive there. I dont think can vp in may2015. Lots of pending work still. End of year sounds more reasonable. Either way im okay with it.

Also the mahsing residence there quite elegance. But rather vacant. Soft market i suppose.

Went there yesterday. Judging from outside work, id say august or september is vp time. Work almost complete but they still need to clean/plaster few stuff. Electric to come in.

electricity bill is commercial rate too? i wonder how much % more than residential ones.

Guys i also just receive vp letter. Going thru, noticed that i have late payment charges of rm700. While i understand its all dibs and i was not made aware of any late payment by rhb.

Is there a way to go around this? Whats my next step. Thank you very much.

I have been calling the Malay lady last week, line was either engaged or no response ... Very hard to get to call mah sing.. My opionin is that if you need to get the interest portion charged from mah sing, suggest you get your back to print out the breakdown of that month's interest and email to mah sing. I'm asking my bank to send me the breakdown already, estimated can get back around rm250...

just to update;
mahsing will waive the late payment. ive only been asked to pay the quit rent, and the future maintenance charges (no idea why to collect now)
i have about 400-500rm of interest from bank. will ask them while i collect the key.

I went to do it myself. Application forms etc were good. This month still commercial rate. Anything else im missing? Do i need to inform mahsing?
