Hallo , Did any owner success change electric tariff from commercial to resident ?

Many owners including me who have submitted directly to TNB got their rate converted to residential.

I heard those who submitted to management got delayed due to some human error, but I think some of them got converted too.

So the fastest way will be submitting the form and letter directly to TNB Putrajaya.

to submit directly, can we get the form from TNB and submit immediately.

Answer is no, because u'll need to prepare a letter first, and LHDN stamp for your form.

Step-by-step guide to convert electrical tariff.

1. Write an official letter to TNB Putrajaya, example below
2. Fill in conversion form, as attached
3. Stamp the conversion form at LHDN (nearest at Cyberjaya, near HP) for RM10
5. Submit the letter and stamped conversion form to TNB Putrajaya

All of these can be done in less than 1 hour, from stamping to form submission.

Example letter:
Tuan/Puan,
Penukaran Tarif Elektrik Garden Plaza
Berhubung dengan perkara di atas, saya _________ bernombor kad pengenalan ________ ingin membuat permohonan penukaran tarif elektrik komersial kepada tarif residensi.
2. Saya merupakan pemilik Service Residence di Garden Plaza beralamat xT-xx-xx, ___ Tower, Garden Plaza, Persiaran Harmoni, 63000 Cyber 3, Cyberjaya, Selangor.
No Akaun: ____________ (check from your bill)
No Kontrak: ___________ (check from your bill)
3. Rumah ini tidak digunakan sebagai pejabat/tempat perniagaan/tujuan komersil tetapi sebagai rumah saya di hujung minggu.
4. Pihak tuan boleh membuat lawatan tapak untuk kepastian.
5. Diharap pihak TNB dapat mempertimbangkan permohonan saya ini.

I heard that TIME internet is down for all 3 towers for almost 2 months, is that true?

any restriction or deadline must be done within let say one year?

I called TNB Putrajaya, they also reqquire the entire copy of GP SNP.

To be safe just bring along your S&P, there's a photostat shop nearby, just photostat the required page.
