Is 1x Treatpoints given, if this card is used to purchase grocery on Friday and Saturday?

for those who converted from m2cards to ikhwan, how long does it take for the 2cards to get cancelled and stop showing in maybank2u ?

Referring to my credit card statement, my grocery spending on Saturday only gives me 5% cashback, without any TreatsPoints. 
Example: I spent RM 400 in total for grocery on Friday and Saturday. So, I earn RM 20 cashback.

My credit card statement states TreatsPoints account details as follow:
Maybankard TreatsPoints earned for the month: 0
Multiple TreatPoints earned at Participating Partners for the month: MASTERCARD IKHWAN CASH BAC: 20

Points Earned for the month: 20
Points Used for the month: 20
400 TreatsPoints are not stated at all in my credit card statement. 

I called Customer Support, and he told me that 1x TreatsPoints will not be given for grocery transactions on Friday and Saturday, if 5% cashback has been given.

Weird, isn't it?

It's been more than 2 weeks but my friend's M2U still shows the M2C cards

But amount has been zero-ed ages ago lol.

You need to request to remove from M2U. It won't be done automatically. At least that happened to my Gold card MBB2MasterCard, I changed to Visa that time. I only removed it this year when I got my Plat.
After 4 years, it was still there.

if u already have maybank card
just reduce the credit limit then apply straight away

Just got the ikhwan mastercard from gardens... First got call card ready.. 2 days later saw the card pop up in m2u.. Today collected it..

Looks nicer or maybe I'm so bored with my m2card design..

Since I convert.. I had to return old m2cards to CS.. They will transfer the rebates and TP to the ikhwan card in a week...

The buy 1 free 1 promotion with TGV, must I buy it on the spot at tgv on Thursday or could I buy on other day for Thursday to qualify?

Furthermore, if I purchased online using MBB's card, can I still get the Buy 1 Free 1 on Thursday?

Finally, weekends no more Buy 1 free 1?

Quite impossible for me to go to counter and purchase.

finally, my ikhwan card arriving from klcc branch to my office.

during application, requested to deliver to my home address, but it seems the card was sent to klcc branch. received call this morning from branch that the card is ready for collection, but they offer to deliver to my office now

calls from them were courteous and closely follow-up with me to ensure delivery is proper.

*update: received card, called CS to activate, change bill date, and set SMS notification to RM1. all set!

maybe do these...

1) since already rejected once, tell CS that you want to appeal and agree to split Credit Limit from m2cards. See if that's possible.

2) else, try to reapply at Gardens or KLCC (i applied here, the staff is very helpful). immediately request to split Credit Limit for Ikhwan's application. fill up form and they'll print out your EPF statement too (please bring your NRIC! )

3) wait for approval SMS or new card entry in M2U. If nothing happen in 3-5 days, call CS to verify application status. if rejected again, i guess the rejection reason would be other factors.
u mentioned before that you'll be losing cashback for 6 months if couldnt get Ikhwan card. what's your spending? petrol or grocery?

perhaps try UOB One card, if Ikhwan's 2nd application failed.
