as suggested, you may try at tesco or aeon big. if your telco supports online reload with cc, you may reload online via their website too.

Not really. I've applied the card through that phone number as well, they still request documents from me although I've MBB2kard and MBB Saving account. They said Islamic and conventional MBB are two different entity.

I wasn't requested with any documents when I called this no.
Well, not that it matters, I was still rejected eventually. That was about 4 months ago.
