LNG was a good developer, but Mayland dark force is too strong. I was looking this development also in year 2013 that time is phase 2 Blok B or C I cannot remember. It was so attractive with the price concept and LNG as developer. However, when I notice the LNG team up with Mayland I straight said byebye. I don trust Mayland, I also hav super bad experience with Mayland before.

But property is a bit of gamble sometimes. In my case , this is the only lousy devp I made loss so the impact, although not nice, is not so bad for me. But at least I share the reality so other people can choose wisely. Maybe from reading this I have helped my fellow citizens avoid any financial loss so that's good enough for me. It's really up to people to believe my facts or not if they decide to buy Damansara foresta phase 1 or future phases. Free world. Speaking of Mayland, I used to own Sri Putramas phase 1 where their main selling point was KLCC view. 2 year later they built Sri putramas phase 2 to block the whole phase 1 KLCC view. That's Mayland. Mayland boleh!

But in this case, Mayland market KLCC view for Phase 1 like crazy , knowing well in advance that they will be blocking it in Phase 2. It's like Bernie Maddock selling his financial plan knowing it's a ponzi scheme. This is same developer. Spot the difference.

He is just a purchaser like you but with differnt experience and opinion. The difference is he is still staying in marriage (with the property)..aka holding the property. And you have separated from yours by disposing it.

Otherwise, good or poor remain your personal evaluation, .i.e. you could always say that a door quality installed in a normal residential unit to be poor if what you have in mind is a 5 star hotel quality door. The facts that i was referring were those facts and figures(i.e. loss of owner when letting go their unit) quoted by you in your statement. If those figures are from the agent, i advise you to double check. I do not believe one single person can have the selling records of 100 persons, their profit and loss. Different buyers bought the unit at different period of the project and the range is very big. unless you know all the purchase price and clearly know their selling price, otherwise simply trying to makeout an average, that could be very misleading.

First phase already making so many owners unhappy and leave the subsequent phase quality and the upkeep of the the facilities especially around the jungle is really worrying

Now things are getting better with the place as the Residents' Association is doing a great job pressuring the developer . Eventually once the place is fixed up properly, it will really be a great place to stay.
