probably your perspective its not from science and engineering and more bias towards general perception that development at higher ground is no good.

1) its not a single condo but a monolithic BLOCK of condos having a big footprint seating next to the hill
2) The elevation is not that high compared to Bandar Sri Damansara general levels. One does not have drive so high up before reaching the ground level.
3) Surrounding especially its already built-up & reinforced and not natural slope subject to land slide.
4) The driveway is extended from natural formation but the main building is seated far inside.

i would personally feel that those units facing inwards should have more occupied units but would not be differing too much.

in that case, occupancy should be less than 10% now.

Tonnes of people regretting buying this condo. Quality poor, developer sucks, management office sucks, everything sucks. Developer refuse to repair some defects and gave bullshit excuse.

Plenty of owners selling at loss now just to get rid of the garbage. Just look at iProperty or Property Guru. Most people bought for around 800k now selling 730k. But developer happy because already made your money. Let's support phase 2!

The huge discount (8%) given by LnG is not recognised by the market because it was just marketing gimmick. e.g. SnP states 1m but you actually paid 920k, market will offer you 800k. You try and sell now and see if you can get 1m SnP price. You wont be able to break even also. But if you can break even or profit, congrats.

Got property tycoon said horrrr.. more subsales ads on prop media means more activities going on worrr... but idk why many many others thibk it's cuz owners wanna dispose.. now even at losses.. Maybe some property tycoon refuse to accept the fact lorr

My friend also bought the foresta , he even told me felt so so so regrets to bought this condominium. Got key nearly four month , still cannot move in , because inside too many things broke, and the management haven't fix for him yet. Beside he bought around 850k got 149+sqf, 22 floor,now outside sell 16++ sqf only 830k,even is corner unit and klcc view and also carpark side by side.😒😒😒. My friend carpark still is front and back , very sad ....

Wahh.. those who bought 14xx sq ft mist be crying out loud for help now. But then many ppl in damansara foresta thread claimed otherwise wor.. duno why so denial

When u studied that the gap between early birds and final block so wide

Some bought into idea 2nd phase is much pricier and therefore more paper gain.

Actually for block A and block B units, after discount, purchase price start from slightly below 600k only for 1400++ sf.
