Hi, I've been living at DF for about 3 years now. To answer your questions, I have not encountered any issue with regard to traffic or security so far.

Overall, DF has come a loooong way from the time the keys were first handed over to residents. Admittedly, there have been various teething issues with the building and we have also had to deal with poor management as well. I'm happy to share that the current management team is much much better.

Still got any major issue?
Last week, Visited my friend at Block B. When inside the lift, suddenly black out, and no response, stuck inside the lift around 30 seconds then become OK.
I heard the lift also breakdown.

Hello, just wanna ask the residents if dogs are allowed or management ban animals?

normally small breed is allowed, but can't let them walk freely at facilities or common area, need to carry them.
Even inside lift also same.
as long as no complaint or making noise to other residents, then it is fine according to strata act

The park beside One utama, Jaya one, subang metropark also would do.
Manjalara park cannot bring in but saw some owner still bring dog in also. But i think if get caught will get saman perhaps.

i know from my friend recently there is frequent lift breakdown,not 1 but all together but not sure which block.

anyone know which is it happen to 1 block only? i plan to buy for own stay

I tot block B is as less problem as block A.
Been moving in since May this year, so far no lift issue at all except there was a time the lift closed for maintennace which last 1/2 hr and the management did inform in advanced. btw, I am staying at block A.

For those who are interested in DF, imho, it's more for own stay than investment.
I bought it two years back and the rental is range 1.9k~2k bare unit w/ AC. However, no problem to get a tenant thou.
Through out these few years, there are improvement, from my observation, esp. after they changed the management company last year. Like other owners said, the majority tenants here are young familys with kids.
the only thing i wish is, they can convert the open air badminton court to a basket ball court (half court) which is more practical.

One more thing, you will be mesmerized by the misty view in the morning after the rain which you will hardly get it from other condo in KL or PJ, I believe.

Dear owner and tenants, I'm looking at DF subsale unit.. may know how's the soundproof of DF? As the current condo I'm staying now, the condo soundproof is super bad, you can hear it very clearly neighbor dragging chairs, furnitures, walking, stomping, banging door and etc. Can't even sleep well at night.

Saw many u it for sale in DF. Is there any issue? What’s with the high sub sale volume?

So far those you mentioned are not experienced. However, within the same unit the door sound insulation is terrible, you might need to change the room door if you are so sensitive with "sound" esp if you have many family members.
One more thing, if upper floor got renovation, surely you will hear that.

Thanks for the feedback! Definitely appreciate that, yes I am a bit more sensitive to sound and noise, it kind of irritates me. Ocd maybe haha. I am not sure why the condo I am currently living is so bad in term of sound proofing from upper and lower unit, bad quality perhaps. Most of the owners here are complaining about this sound thingy here.

Hey folks. Just got a unit in Block C. Is the water leakage as bad as they say over there?

Hi everyone, I'm just moving in Foresta this month. Few question need to ask about:

1. Where can we check the maintenance content? Cause I heard that they will refurbish the paint once a year, and the road along DF condition is so bad now, is it possible to request for maintaenance?

2. Is there any community group chat of DF? So we can discuss anything that is not reasonable and complain tgt to management team.

3. Which wifi company is recommended? Currently consider about TIME and Maxis, which one is better? My floor is 20ish

4. Does anyone feel that the power supply of DF is unstable? Cause I have experienced few times no street light and lift service.
