The forest facilities yet.
Whatever inside the guarded and gated are only cater for residents

Ic. I would guess so as those are forest reserve that belong to public. Foresee a public crowd throng in to enjoy forest facilities once it is complete. By then Foresta may not be as "peaceful" as we want it to be...

Different market maybe. Your cousin bought which block?

DPC has different selling points. Those who like DPC will not buy here. My friend who live in The Airie also critic Foresta as he has lots of investment in DPC and DPC always his benchmark when buying other property.

Perhaps this is the only development with "private forest".
I say private because public has the difficulties to access to the forest facility due to the slope. I love forest and will consider as well their phase 2 duplex with double volume 6 meter height window overlooking the forest.

Can keep dogs in foresta. It will be nice to take a wild walk with dog in the forest icon_rolleyes.gif (assuming no mosquitoes ever created)

Quality of Foresta already proven to be bad. Some defects like the timber flooring in all bedrooms will not be rectified by Developer as it is too expensive for Developer to redo. You will need to live with the cracking sound of the uneven timber flooring for all the bedrooms. All sorts of other defects as well, too many to name. The contractor in charge of repairing defects told me that the LnG senior management doesn't really care because they have already made profit and don't want to incur any more cost. They hired a few low wage unqualified workers to rectify the defects. I think the backlog is around 200 units plus. Around 100 owners hate the project so much , they sell it at a loss of between 40-100k to date. Just ask any of the agents who are active in the area if this is true. By the way, this post will be taken down soon because you cannot criticize Foresta and LnG like the way you cannot criticize Govt, so quickly post your thoughts.

I almost bought one, but the unfriendly access turn me off. Reading this and others complaints, I feel lucky not to buy it then... sweat.gif sweat.gif

I also sold my unit at a loss. Quite fed up with the developer and management. They took 2 months to repair the balcony grill. During which, they removed the tampered glass from the balcony grill and they did not put any security tape to warn anybody. If you don't look properly because it is transparent glass, you could fall. When I told developer and contractor that if children were to go they could fall, they said "don't bring children lah". They also took own sweet time to repair. And never put security tape after reminders also. This incident alone I decided to sell straight away.

First phase already making so many owners unhappy and leave ranting.gif
the subsequent phase quality and the upkeep of the the facilities especially around the jungle is really worrying rclxub.gif
