Another thing the timber flooring they use is the worse grade also. They just put the timber floor on the uneven cement floor so when u walk on it got krak krak krak sound. Even the rectification contractor said it is bullshit cheapest design. To rectify they will would need more cost which is to grind the floor and put glue but they won't do it. When I asked to rectify they gave a bullshit letter from architect and said the sound will go away after a few years and to accept it. The rectification contractor also said its a bullshit excuse letter and the sound will never go away. LnG quite good at saving cost!!! They should help 1MDB.

One my fren sold his corner unit Dec last yr at 850k (PP 700k) and another 2 fren sold their 14xx unit at 800k (PP 620k & 600k) early this year. All are block A. Initial deposit for blk A purchaser is only 10k, which i think they are making handsome profit even though after paying RPGT and agent comm.

I think recently price dropped to around 730k - 750k is bcoz some unhappy or angry owners whose jz wan to dispose of the property only, even though they are making losses.

you can get your lawyer to write to the developer and cc to Housing Tribunal.
The way the developer/ main con handling defects is unacceptable.

In all honesty.....think the view from balcony looks good and exterior looks nice also. Just the timber on balcony seems a bit out....are they water proof?

Once you get the defects rectified and your renovation done, it is pretty nice living here, the weather here's like Genting after a shower, and you do get a pretty good view when you come back home, I'd like to call this place home

the roof garden is just 2 levels shorter than klcc from what i heard, counting from sea level, am loving the view here everyday

The RA and the residents is working hard together and doing a great job in ensuring that foresta is being a great place to live

Agreed to your opinions earlier, the defect things could be sorted out if u put effort into it. Even big names and reputable developers do not deliver defects free properties nowadays, at least my experience with Sp setia, tan n tan, ytl proven that.
With the current soft market, one should not expect a quick flip with handsome profits, those time have gone.
