Firstly quality is a subjective matter until you compare with a recognised standard. Otherwise, good or poor remain your personal evaluation, .i.e. you could always say that a door quality installed in a normal residential unit to be poor if what you have in mind is a 5 star hotel quality door.

The facts that i was referring were those facts and figures(i.e. loss of owner when letting go their unit) quoted by you in your statement. If those figures are from the agent, i advise you to double check. I do not believe one single person can have the selling records of 100 persons, their profit and loss. Different buyers bought the unit at different period of the project and the range is very big. unless you know all the purchase price and clearly know their selling price, otherwise simply trying to makeout an average, that could be very misleading.

I also sold my unit at a loss. Quite fed up with the developer and management. They took 2 months to repair the balcony grill. During which, they removed the tampered glass from the balcony grill and they did not put any security tape to warn anybody. If you don't look properly because it is transparent glass, you could fall. When I told developer and contractor that if children were to go they could fall, they said "don't bring children lah". They also took own sweet time to repair. And never put security tape after reminders also.This incident alone I decided to sell straight away.

I have the watsapp conversation chain with LnG senior management as well on my compliant about the balcony danger. But biasa lah, their culture relek relek dulu. If buy security tape need cost, u open your eye bigger Loh. Don't bring kids Loh. Be careful Loh.

Another thing the timber flooring they use is the worse grade also. They just put the timber floor on the uneven cement floor so when u walk on it got krak krak krak sound. Even the rectification contractor said it is bullshit cheapest design. To rectify they will would need more cost which is to grind the floor and put glue but they won't do it. When I asked to rectify they gave a bullshit letter from architect and said the sound will go away after a few years and to accept it. The rectification contractor also said its a bullshit excuse letter and the sound will never go away. LnG quite good at saving cost!!! They should help 1MDB.

Seems like this place still getting not so bad comments. Not sure if anybody is checking that on iProperty so many units are selling at big losses. Every 1 month I check iProperty, the price is getting lower and lower.
