Agreed to your opinions earlier, the defect things could be sorted out if u put effort into it. Even big names and reputable developers do not deliver defects free properties nowadays, at least my experience with Sp setia, tan n tan, ytl proven that.
With the current soft market, one should not expect a quick flip with handsome profits, those time have gone.
there is defect, and there is how developer repair the defects,,,,,and the way the developer handled this particular balcony repair is uncalled for. Was surprised that the owner didn't take this further.
late buyers of this phase at inflated price will hardpress to make even pocket money or lunch money.....this is a given. But its ok....in property we are not supposed to always make handsome profit...even gurus also stuck with some unwanted and low priced properties...just that they tend to keep the bad news to themselves....
same like gamblers....hardly you heard they lose money in casino....but when they win, you cant even avoid knowing it.
