watlou leh......before vp owners already complaint kau kau about a piece of glass.....


for your information.....for privacy purposes, almost all bathrooms glass windows/doors are usually frosted lah......

actually even its frosted....some of this glass still can see clear figure one.

I believe there is at least one case where buyers successfully sued the developer for grossly misleading prior to Vped....

I cant remember which project but do google search...you may be able to find.

there is defect, and there is how developer repair the defects,,,,,and the way the developer handled this particular balcony repair is uncalled for. Was surprised that the owner didn't take this further.

late buyers of this phase at inflated price will hardpress to make even pocket money or lunch money.....this is a given. But its ok....in property we are not supposed to always make handsome profit...even gurus also stuck with some unwanted and low priced properties...just that they tend to keep the bad news to themselves....

same like gamblers....hardly you heard they lose money in casino....but when they win, you cant even avoid knowing it.

Phase 2 last heard was two blocks of duplex...
But i believe they must have changed their plans now....

Rest assure that the configuration of phase 2 will be different from current phase...probably with much smaller units....my guess...and lower entry price....

personally I find most foreign guards are very friendly and helpful........
