Tonnes of people regretting buying this condo. Quality poor, developer sucks, management office sucks, everything sucks. Developer refuse to repair some defects and gave bullshit excuse.
Plenty of owners selling at loss now just to get rid of the garbage. Just look at iProperty or Property Guru. Most people bought for around 800k now selling 730k. But developer happy because already made your money. Let's support phase 2!

The huge discount (8%) given by LnG is not recognised by the market because it was just marketing gimmick. e.g. SnP states 1m but you actually paid 920k, market will offer you 800k. You try and sell now and see if you can get 1m SnP price. You wont be able to break even also. But if you can break even or profit, congrats.

That's Mayland. Mayland boleh!
