Anyone pay Unifi bills online?
I try to pay with maybank2u, it keep says the account number do not have enough number.
The payee shall be Telekom Malaysia Berhad' or 'Unifi'?

Same thing here, Sad part is that the other broadband providers claim that can not provide coverage as well while all the "Taman's" around US are connected with unifi.

Is there any official way of complaining to them or to gently ask them to start laying some cables?

Hey ladies and gentleman, im in unifi contract few yeard back, i finish my contract and terminated the service. Now I wanted to reapply, do i still have to be tie down for 2 year?

to get rm179 (some say rm169) vip10, i think:

.. only during their promo periods, incl their agents
.. only for vip5 to upgrade, initial 2 yr contract complete
.. rm179 deal comes w/o any of the hypptv packs, only the few lousy foc channels
.. upgraders can get hypptv megapack if pay rm199
.. new deal no new router, no new hypptv box

.. existing vip10 won't get price lower than rm199 but possible to negotiate to get foc hypptv packs; option to change to maxis or others always there

I'm on VIP 10 for 2 yrs already. Paid RM199. Now I wanna downgrade to VIP 5. I called and customer service told me RM200 downgrade fee will be applicable or if I don't want to pay that RM200 downgrade fee, I will need to sign another 2 yrs contract at VIP 5 price. I feel damn cheated by TM. I feel like terminating and jump ship to Maxis.
