I will set up a Facebook group by this weekend if u guys are interested la. Easier to keep track of things on FB..
What's ur take on it? BTW, the condo no APDL yet so they target january only.. so yeah we have 3 months to iron out the details before we proceed. |

My warning is to make sure nobody will fall into this trap. But If you are aware and accept it. That is fine. I presume not everyone buying a property knows all their terms.

Kiara Residence 1 having this issue as S&P stated parcel accessories which A/C and car park is parcel accessory. Cannot do much until the JMB decide to remove it or maintain coz KR 1 is low dens. As far as i know accessory parcels i.e. air-cond ledge and car park doesn't have any share unit so how can OSK include those areas into their maintenance fees calculation? Can anyone enlighten me if OSK have any completed mixed strata developments as of to-date? It sounds as if they are new to this kind of development
The maintenance fees for this project could be higher compared to other purely residential developments cos the purchasers would be sharing maintenance of the common areas for the retail component i.e. circulation areas in the retail area, emergency stairways, lifts and car park for Emira as a whole (not individual bays).
