25 k increment only for those facing aeon . The units facing stadium remains the same. Can forese that the high units will take longer time to clear . Yesterday sales so so only honestly ,take up like 10 percent only

If nice f&b can come under their osk then it would be good . SA telling me that they control the quality of the tenant in certain row ( not sure how true ) , if manage to bring Starbucks then really nice . Possibly new landmark of Shah Alam then
