Only 2+1 lifts with this price tag. Is not worth at all. Not to mentioned about slightly high maintenance fee. You will be a disappointed owner soon.

My warning is to make sure nobody will fall into this trap. But If you are aware and accept it. That is fine. I presume not everyone buying a property knows all their terms.

staircase is for fire exit only. You cant simply open door from down and walk up. I could trigger alarm as well.
400 units indirectly equal to at least 1200 residents which share 2+1 lifts. More over, you are paying hefty maintenance fee. |
