that's what I heard from the SA as well.. apparently preview etc after raya. only drawback is leasehold n too near the stadium. heard the bazaar there is the best but super jam otw there.

Based on the government's finances and existing rail plans, I'm guessing the LRT will only be ready in 2022-2025 not 2020.

trust me, this project is on my list, but the AEON is not really a deciding factor since cinema's are not allowed in shah alam. I prefer Tesco for my groceries. KDU won't help me since it's for ownstay (probably decrease my standard of living). I also would rather not have the LRT as I don't plan to travel by public transport in the future.

true.. i feel cyber got too many commercial spots as well.. im scared each one will kill the other one.. cyber needs more ownstayers.. too many investors then if oversupply all empty..

they scrap the hotel and downsize the mall and make it another apartment... so people who bought into mix dev concept doubt the success now.. all very afraid d.. plus d new launch Keppler is even cheaper but Tamarind suites even more cheaper.. duno how pangaea wana compete with Tamarind suites..
