Price was around 600 psf today before discount. Not sure about tomorrow.
Only Kitchen Cabinet given. 2 facing, North and South. North is Stadium and South is Aeon.
3 Lifts to connect whole residence. Separate lift and parking for both Residence and Retail.
Time of booking at least 30%+ was booked and sold.

Retails shop facing Aeon SOLD OUT left facing Stadium.

Yeah .. Kiara Residence 1 having this issue as S&P stated parcel accessories which A/C and car park is parcel accessory. Cannot do much until the JMB decide to remove it or maintain coz KR 1 is low dens. I predict that Kiara Residence 2 will have the same faith.
