IMO, once Naik, it's difficult to Turun. With escalating cost and inflation, i doubt $$ psf will go lower once JMB take over.

when we see 0.40 or what we will say more exp than KLCC/MK bla bla then no one buy.. i think i'm ok with it la.. just abt 60-70 more.. hopefully Emira can be better than it's similar priced competitors..

metia residence is 0.25 plus sinking fund

OSK should make it clear
if 0.43 then say 0.43cent/psf from the beginning

to say 0.33/cent + hidden charges is not the way to do things
unless they tell early that 0.33cent without car park
and car park buyers have to buy or rent...
developer must make it clear before launch

my unit low floor one.. my tenant can walk up one if lift is slow, can lose weight some more icon_idea.gif
u got any other complains about OSK or not? Pangaea rising quite fast.
so far, MBTL buyers quite satisfied, hopefully Emira/pangaea also good la.. then we all prosper together.

staircase is for fire exit only. You cant simply open door from down and walk up. I could trigger alarm as well.

400 units indirectly equal to at least 1200 residents which share 2+1 lifts. More over, you are paying hefty maintenance fee.
