So many tricks from OSK's sleeve.. price increase overnight, sudden change of maintenance fees, etc.. one thing i notice about OSK salespersons that they only tell the details bit by bit, or whenever potential buyer ask specific questions. they just want you to put down the booking fast99.

hey guys,
I just had a lengthy chat with the developer's staff over the phone (very good service btw). The maintenance fees memang include carpark n AC ledge as since 2007, it belongs to the individual. Pangaea same rate as well. She mentioned about the security and everything which includes CCTV's in each floor bla bla..then the landscaping and all.. So my 883 sqft unit will be like RM383 per month |

As emira is a serviced apartment, the maintenance charge won't include GST.. I suspect it's higher cos they have to factor in future GST costs of electricity, water etc (or can it be refunded)
