Are U Sure You have Never Applied Ready Credit just sign up for Clear Card Only & Apply Online or Applied thru Agent...??? hmm.gif
Then, You Should Called to Complain with Customer service to Cancel, just said You Never apply the Ready Credit have them to Cancel for You if You Don't Told them- the Reason that: Agent got Curi -curi Ticked Ready Credit on Your Apps, You Will be Billed RM200 Service Charge for Immediate Ready Credit Cancellation Without holding It a Year ... doh.gif

As Sometimes the Agent curi-curi Tick on Our Apps as We X Know... So that they can Earn extra Commision, it's an Unethical Practice, if they're Caught  on Doing this for Sure kena Buang Kerja, with No Excuse... doh.gif

Called Citibank to cancel the Ready Credit but they said need to charge for RM200 for the card cancellation without holding the card for a year. Haiz...Too bad...

Btw, what is the different with Credit Shield Premier and Credit Shield Plus?

Payment due date you meant?

Of course it's different for each cardholder. It depends on your statement date.

Payment due date == statement date + 20 days

Make sure your payment reaches by that payment due date otherwise, they may charge you late payment charge even though some said that there's a grade period from the payment due date for payment clearance such as cheque and etc.

Ya, just give a call to customer service, they will help you to change your statement cycle and thus the payment due date, but I think you still not able to fix a specific date of month, they normally give options like, beginning, middle or end of month....
