Ya, just give a call to customer service, they will help you to change your statement cycle and thus the payment due date, but I think you still not able to fix a specific date of month, they normally give options like, beginning, middle or end of month....

why is it so difficult to cancel citi cc?

i called to cancel on wed night, told me their retention team will call me next working day, but NO CALL
friday i called again, says will call me back in 1 hour, but NO CALL
I just called again, I insist want to cancel over the phone, told me they don't have the authority to cancel but their retention team will call me back in 3 working days.

I cancelled my UOB and SC card so easily. arrggghhhh....

I got pissed of by the customer service staff who called me just now. She told me that I need to sign up for the insurance coverage for the Citibank card and in replied I told her that I wanted to read the terms and whether there is any place I can refer or she can send something for me to have a look.

she gets irritated when I do not confirm to her on the spot that I am agreed to sign up the insurance coverage and her voice kept increasing !!!

I am wondering who is the customer now?

Does the Shell Citibank Visa cashback rebate calculated based on Calendar Month or Statement Month ?
