As Cooling Period will Needed to Re-apply with the Same Bank:
1st time - 3 Months, 2nd time - 6 Months, 3rd time - 1 Year later

& still got Reject on Your 3rd... U can just move on to Other Bank

but it seems like the sms is sent from a normal phone number
maybe the user is still asleep?

I believe the sender's number of the SMS is the Sales Agent who is suppose to generate the code for you.
Either the system is down or sales agent slacking

for citibank when they mentioned newly approved Cardmembers means how many months considered new ? 6 months or a year ?

yalorrrr because Visa must be paying citi.. mastercard a bit cheapskate.. I applied for gold visa, got the credit to my phone. use for food voucher. now hopefully i get approved for card

wonder need to spent how much only can get the 300 ?

if you read earlier posts, people are getting the credit by just leaving detals on ringitplus. only if you want rm300cashback you must apply for citi card (visa only)
