QUOTE(cybpsych @ Mar 31 2014, 01:44 PM) it's equivalent value only, not cold hard cash. hmm.. thanks alot.you see, you need 12,500 TPs to redeem a RM50 voucher. in order to obtain 12,500 TPs, you need to spend/swipe RM2,500 (2,500 X 5 = 12,500). So, RM50/RM2,500 = 2% Now, work the numbers the other way round:
In short, you swipe RM2,500 to give you 12,500 TPs to redeem RM50 voucher. Advantage: Higher equivalent-value in TPs than OCBC's. Disadvantage: TP redemption only. Now, let's compare OCBC's 1% cashback: To get RM50 cashback, you need to swipe RM5,000 using OCBC. Advantage: Cashback can be used immediately to offset some of your cc outstanding. The more you spend, the more cashback you get, no limit. Disadvantage: Low 1% cashback. so in another meaning, weekend will get extra 2% rebate right? if weekday only 5x treatpoint. |

QUOTE(cybpsych @ Mar 31 2014, 05:43 PM) no idea! i don't know either because i didn't update anything since 2005.i guess i ticked the options in M2U wayyyy back. I forgotten there's option to choose my eDM preference in M2U. i thought anybody with mbb cc and using m2u will automatically opt for the edm. |

Let's put this way.....
the max gain u could get per month is rm50 + 2% of ur RM spending...where 2% is equivalent value... |

QUOTE(cdspins @ Mar 25 2014, 03:25 PM) Just sharing, if you had been a consistently making your payment for credit card and due to some reason late for a particular month for a few days, do try your luck to call customer service for a financial charges waiver.Generally they will waive off the interest... |
