Why is Maybank so confusing - I have a credit card with another bank and the rebate is calculated instantly at time of posting. I don't have to wait for the 1st of the month to see my rebate. Why can't they do this?

And listing MBB AMEX 4x BONUS instead of the 5x they keep advertising everywhere is bound to create confusion as well...

Those who don't check Lowyat will just call CS and mess up the call stats, frustrate other customers because of the call queue & agitate the CSO because they have to keep repeating the same thing over & over again.

So much for being the #1 retail bank in Malaysia.

Why do you think MBB should follow other banks and not the other way around.... ???
HLB WISE is even worse... you have to wait +1 month before you can see the 10% rebate. i.e. Jan rebate credit on 28 Feb

hey guys, i have some problem with AMEX.. i got 4 bills of DBKL cukai taksiran amounting to 1.8,1.9k,900 and 180.. after i paid the 1.9k then I tried
paying the 1.8 it said to have reached the maximum amount blablabla?
DBKL cukai taksiran only can be paid ONCE a day or they have maximum amount that u can pay for one day or what? please help thanks.. got 3 more to pay..

Despite Agoda saying I won't be charged until April, I have actually been charged on the spot after I clicked submit. Can anyone enlighten me on this?

Booked Agoda on Sunday with maybank discount (7%). After checking my transactions, I can confirm that it went through on the same day and posted 2 days later. Maybank Amex weekend rebate (5%) should be in my pocket already! So its (7%+5%) and TP 

My CL has been stucked on 6k, with salary 4.5k..submitted twice for CL increment, but MBB is not responding to my request..was 5k CL when my salary was 2.6k, and increased to 6k when my salary was 3.5k

At that point i wasn't aware of this promo link

Question For New MBB Cardholder here.
If I swipe My AMEX Rm100 on weekend, and entitled RM5 Rebate （5%）,

The Rm100 is included in the statement on 28th, statement due on 18th of following months,
and the rebate should credit into account on 1th or 2th of following months.

So my question is,
Should I pay the Full payment of RM100 before 18th,
OR
Pay After 2th (Cash back credited into account), and pay the remainding Rm95?

For one off payment, it directly use my saving a/c and didn't show AMEX... Just curious why become like that for this month, and previous month I just used it to make bill payment.
