Is the 5% directly rebate/deducted in my credit card statement?
I just got my statement and it doesn't have any rebate.
What should I do? Call the call center?

Last sunday I tried to pay MAXIS bill using AMEX but the m2u doesn't allow to do so. May I know how can I pay using Amex card to enjoy 5% cash back from Maybank without paying thru m2u?

I tried what you taught last week but they said  AMEX team is not working during weekend   

I think my case is most probably due to I did not activate the MSOS.  I didn't know Amex user can now use MSOS security starting from Nov last year.

Just to update you, I successfully paid my Maxis Bill today.

So how does it works?
On the Friday, you might need to call CS billing department (call 123 > press 2 > press 1 > wait them to connect you to their customer service) to let them know you want to pay your bill on Saturday using AMEX card to enjoy 5% cash back (to avoid them to ask you why not on that day itself  ) and ask them to arrange call back from AMEX team on Saturday.

Two possibilities might occur:
1. If you are lucky enough to get experienced staff, they will arrange for you immediately.
2. Else, they will tell you AMEX team is not working during weekend. In fact, AMEX team works half day on Saturday.
So if they insist, you might need to call second time like I did 

So today I received call from Maxis AMEX team and successfully paid my bill and enjoy 5% cashback from maybank amex 

maybe they checked your transaction records in your other hlb cc and analyse how much you could further contribute if you have a second hlb cc. if just having half of your monthly expenses being transferred from one hlb to another hlb, that don't benefits them.

I used my Amex to reload my Starbucks card (RM 150) on 2 March. But as of today (after 9 days), this transaction has not shown up in my Maybank2u statement.

Anyone experienced such a delay? I plan my spending to get as close as RM1k every month (usually will load the balance few ringgit in my UniFi or TNB bill), so it better show up soon so I know that I have RM150 less to spend this month on the card.

i am unlucky this month. Swiped for about RM965 on 1 March alone. Miscalculated that I need to pay Unifi!

As of today, my CB quota already hit RM49.99. FML 

3 more weekends to pump petrol (estimated RM4.50 CB "loss"). Now stop all retail spending until April come 
p/s: At petrol pump, how do you set a fixed amount before pumping? Still couldnt figure it out LOL

My Maybankard Platinum Amex got hacked last week. Few US transactions. Got it blocked and cancelled immediately. But last night again another transaction this time for AirAsia. Used HSBC credit cards for 10 years and not once had this issue.

I have a questions here regarding using AMEX at Petronas fuel station. If the petrol station is not accept AMEX, which mean when we insert the AMEX card, it will reject the transaction? Or it will proceed the transaction but only 1x TP given?

Trying to made payment to Amazon just now and declined. Called CS and they said that my card has been temporary blocked this morning at 430AM because there is transaction of about 70USD. They are trying to purchase something from BrickHarbor.com

my income is 33000 pa , and having one active principal card now... will i have any problem applying at 1u?  anyone apply at there before for 1 hour? how long to know approve or reject?
