Why is Maybank so confusing - I have a credit card with another bank and the rebate is calculated instantly at time of posting. I don't have to wait for the 1st of the month to see my rebate. Why can't they do this?

And listing MBB AMEX 4x BONUS instead of the 5x they keep advertising everywhere is bound to create confusion as well...

Nope, you need to call MBB card center to "release" your card in order for Paypal's payment/verification process to go thru.
Now to keep my card secure(AMEX are popular of fraud case), I will remove the card from Paypal once I done with online purchase.

But reading other forums/replies, AMEX are not secured at all.
Security are 1 of the reason, another is i'll try not do buy often from Ebay, haha. With all the hassle, it will more or  less control me.

My Amex got compromised again for the 3rd time. This time the amount is above RM5K. I never use it for online transaction since 1st and 2nd incidents.  Where is the leak actually ??

I think my case is most probably due to I did not activate the MSOS.  I didn't know Amex user can now use MSOS security starting from Nov last year.

Yes I tried GSC as well, not able to pay with AMEX.

some automated fuel dispenser cannot set a fixed amount. for those can, you just press the number to set it.
also, some can set the cents (for eg. rm20.33) while others can only set the ringgit (for eg. rm20.00).

They should enable it for online purchasing as well. It is so hard to find good seats when buying over the counter near showtimes. 

I got a question here, if I pay my MBB cc bills with maybank2u on a non-working day, weekend for example, would my bill be cleared instantly? I've asked Maybank before and they said that it's instant when I pay on maybank2u but I'm not sure whether it is still instant on weekend.

  Forget to pay  my credit card bill. Statement due date is 20 March and I only pay yesterday 24 March. How much penalty I will kena

Yup, is my bad on not looking properly on that, read the T&C from maybank and they never say anything, just 5X. I thought was X1 on normal days.

i've been wondering, how do you get the eDM from maybank?

i dont get any from them (could be a blessing ) since i got my credit cards for years now.

I'll just continue AMEX for its TP. Or use cash.
