more like 100 discount for samsung smart tv.. or none if you nego with the seller. Their 500 discount is from RRP, which normal store already drop 400 from RRP coz of old model.

i still no plan buy smart tv yet..hmm

All TM email services has been discontinued...that includes 1515, streamyx & unifi. Notification mails have been sent out for months.

What he's saying is the 'discount' is not discounted at all, you just buy yourself also can get that price.

Similar to how telco offer 'discount' on phones. If the phone more than 1 month old you can get that discounted price elsewhere, at least the ones for the cheaper plans.

That include billing notification which they normally send to your email right?

By the way, i went to TM point and cancelled my unifi services which still under contract. I told them that I am going back to sabah which I really am! Too bad no unifi services in Sandakan, sabah. Sigh

At first, I was a bit skeptical whether they will still charge me penalty or ask me to continue the contract with other TM Internet services but that guy waived my penalty.

I think he saw my IC address and don't charge me penalty. Phew.

another thing to add cause i told them no as i'm only renting the place and i might move out before the 24 months contract ends. They said that there's NO penalty to transfer the line to your new place.

ps: yes - if you upgrade, there'll be a new 24 months contract for those that didnt know.

I was told before by UNIFI agent that easiest way/trick is

1.asking to transfer yr account to new address
2. then new address go no UNIFI , right?it is legit since sandakan no unifi yet
3. UNIFI/TM will not charge penalty if new address got no service.
