Hey guys, thinking of subscribing VIP 5 or 10... there's still no download/upload bandwidth limit right?

If switch to business package from home... will count as broke contract?

There's a bandwidth speed limit, 5 or 10mbps. However, bandwidth quota haven't imposed yet.

Hi , would like to ask my unifi ( RG4332 ) internet will be dead after idle for some time, need to restart the modem to make it running again , any fix?

Dear all,I had forgotten my password for customer portal login...clicked password reset and said tat temporary password will send to my email,but until now still not receive it...is there any other way to reset the password?

No bandwith quota atm, but expect your line speed to be throttled during peak hours (late evening). Depends on location.

Nope TM does not throttle for now. Only Maxis Fiber throttles at night!

Yes, no throttling at least for myself. And bandwidth capping for torrenting also a myth. Been using unifi for >2 years, i must admit that their services is good.

been using unifi VIP5 for a week now and it's just awesome. torrent and direct download speed is very good, no lag in youtube streaming and even with more than 2 computer connected still get decent speed

sigh...Just upgrade VIP5 to VIP10...even change all the new wiring for my Condo...Still did not managed to obtain 10MB/s while speedtest...Max only 6mb/s

testing the Margin on cable increase to 20k....but still can get..call n call unifi center sending the technician one by one also no solution yet...

i guest they wont offer coz still new. from what i know, only those that almost finish or finished 2years contract got the offer.
