Any Penang users here? Today TM just set a counter beside my condo guard house. Guess they're promoting cuz UNIFI baru only reaches my place.

I'm a torrent heavy-downloader. I got throttled to 40kb while torrenting on Screamyx 4MB Package, which has really pissed me off =.=
And yeah I play a lot of games too, especially D2. Can't stand with any high pingsssss. Need some advice. Terima Kasih in advance =D

So far I have no high-ping problems. I'm staying in condo so I get average 20ms ping and 30-50ms in game.
