prelaunch already started since Mid of September and 2k fully refundable downpayment is needed which will be ending mid of October to secure the ballot.
Only limited unit of 3 storey link , others all bungalow and mansion |

Is JV because as u know malaysia gov wont allow a stand alone foreign developer.
They have to be some local developer name to help them to come in as country garden is not new in China. Their top 5 playes in china. I have friend who own country garden property in china and i know how well and manage their township would be. Let's see once they completed the development . I believe it wont be that bad cause ML is being use as the partner name for them to venture into malaysian shore |

definitely CG wont be high density since most of the unit is bungalow. Look at the bungalow in cheras, kajang there are tons of it and no people buying it cause nobody afford to own 1 with the balloning property prices

This seems interesting. If rumours is true, 600k for 2.5/3 storey, it's a bargain for such G&G as the neighbouring project (tiara east) sold for rm585k for d/s. The latest Kuen Lai's Tiara South is going at rm900k for their 3 storeys link which i think is a bit ambitious for the developer for today pricing.
CG is newcomers and i am sure they will throw in better quality fittings and value for money as compared to ecohills which i have to give it thumbs down when it comes to built quality. |

So, that means CG access road will pass thru tiara east and one indian school?
The last time i surveyed that area, there is no tar road yet to go into CG. Pretty rocky roads and you need a suv to drive thru. |

The project is taking RM2k as booking fee, privilege buyer - RM2k is fully refundable. Before full launch, soft launch and special private unit selection will be given for those who had paid RM2k booking.
The site's only drawback is no direct link to Lekas as compared to SEH and EG. But built quality looks impressive compared to SEH. ML in the picture maybe as one forumer pointed out, JV purpose, but if ML had any hand, then quality is in question. The CG in Rawang should be indicative to the outcome, maybe i pay a visit to CG Rawang and check the township. |

May i know what's the land size of the 3 storey link ? Must admits, their design is a bit contemporary (some may find it a bit traditional) as compared to newer launch where most are flat roof and squarish look.

Aiya, some here said 10 units only left and t junction some more. When i called SA, he said the booked unit also need to go through balloting so not yet confirmed and units are far from t junctions. Wah totally the opposite. Sapa gua mau percaya?

Yeah. Danga bay, CG did invite my uncle with free transport and hotel accomodation to see their property but he is not interested in JB market. My uncle is based in KL.

CG KAJANG = Semenyih = the land behind of Tiara East. there is an indian school beside. CG RAWANG = Serendah = exactly the rawang golf club, convert to residential, its nearby the Serendah KTM Station. There is a natural waterfall & small lake. |

One thing i do know that the way how china runs their business, they don't mind lowering their margin so low it's impossible for competitors to compete especially in new market.
It's a way of them trying to come in with a bang and capture a foothold of the cake. The way how i see CG market their products, i am not surprised they have big fire power. I do agree, SPS is just a small company in term of global presence. What's more now with PNB behind the scene, it's going to be another taman sime darby. Battersea project probably most of it bought by our epf funds....hahaha |
