What is chance to get ballot for the link terrace?

RM550k+ for 3 storey about 2500 sf built up?

The link terrace indicative price is from RM550k-700k

Most likely in the RM600k+ range with corner at RM700k

If RM600k+ much more higher than SEH

What is the difference in built up between CG and SEH?

Like that for link terrace maintenance fee already RM750...

No wonder when I asked the SA, his answer was "market rate" and asked further how much and the answer still "market rate"

So for bungalow more than RM1500

Where exactly is the site? The signboard at beginning of jalan broga says 300m...?

Is it further in from tiara east? This tiara east already will provide lots of future supply

There are also many vacant old houses in this area

Seems like security around here is not so good, hence g&g is much desired

Jalan semenyih traffic jam is bad at peak hour with several traffic lights
