Their strategy is cheaper than Setia Ecohills but better quality

I was doubtful about UTAR coming to Semenyih earlier but i saw these 2 links in another thread so i am now more relieved.

I think so. I went there last week and Most of show units are equipped with furnishing. I was surprised with their interior design - totally Spanish style!

I did captured some photos but LYN has size limit for upload. I'm lazy edit photo. 

It is worth buy especially after compared with ecomajestic price tag (unofficially price).

The Diamond City may official launch in end april or early May where hearsay ecomajestic will launch at the same period too.

Maintenance is a separate issue. As buyer we just want the project to be completed as promised. The sooner it is built the better. 

Everything deteriorates over time, just the matter of time. but wear n tear cause more damage to equipments.  Since now it is only for display it should have minimum wear n tear.
