I am not sure it's in which part of Serendah but generally Serendah is a very very very ulu place for me. I oways lalu Serendah on the way to Ulu Yam, so literally it's a kampung with few taman like Antara Gapi n etc. There's a golf club there but looks like a zombie club to me. That's my opinion only, dun war me ah!
