I seriously don't think it is fair to blame building materials. Many a times, we often see better building materials...stronger and lighter that comes with premium otherwise we will not be able to build taller and taller buildings....

When sometimes fails, there are many causes ranging from building materials failure, poor selection, under design, poor workmanship, incompetent engineer or contractor, shortcuts, Act Of God, etc....

When greed runs deep, the deeper is the compromise level....

I can understand if they were to do up landscape, road, drainage, roundabout, show houses, etc...but got to such micro level as CLub House with gym equipments installed is something I cant understand....The equipments will be there for two years without much utilisation.

I share the same sentiment. I always stay at Thistle Hotel if I go south. Pass by DB many times...how to absorb? That is just Danga Bay....
