Accessibility really sucks for such a classy project. And, for sure, the access will not improve over time, and with all the additional traffic inflow to other surrounding developments, the road is to be flooded with cars more than it is now.

Nottingham is not a great selling point.
Township is, so, for some who wants to own a bungalow at that price, might think twice since location and accessibility requires major improvement.

The modal pusingan is huge, if they really keen to do balloting as some say, bank draft is the best way to do it.
Faster and cheaper, and surely no mismanagement or missing cheques which could deliberately delay the refund process.

Even then, the traffic from Bandar Tek is bad during peak hours; its already 2 lanes in some areas.
Too many traffic lights in between.
Maybe I am biased with such simple access to SEH.
