The project is taking RM2k as booking fee, privilege buyer - RM2k is fully refundable. Before full launch, soft launch and special private unit selection will be given for those who had paid RM2k booking.
The site's only drawback is no direct link to Lekas as compared to SEH and EG. But built quality looks impressive compared to SEH. ML in the picture maybe as one forumer pointed out, JV purpose, but if ML had any hand, then quality is in question. The CG in Rawang should be indicative to the outcome, maybe i pay a visit to CG Rawang and check the township. |
