heard this project since early of 2012 on Iprop roadshows d.....now baaru ade benda lihat.... video seems interesting...but in actual, material wise is.......something u didnt see in Malaysia b4...

CG KAJANG = Semenyih = the land behind of Tiara East. there is an indian school beside. CG RAWANG = Serendah = exactly the rawang golf club, convert to residential, its nearby the Serendah KTM Station. There is a natural waterfall & small lake. |

This was a joke for their Danga Bay project which all p.card holders didnt actually get any privilege & at the end sales man handphone keep ringing with complaints. LOL |

yea, coz the link house not much units....was taken up i guess ... they shown master plan at the MAPAX recently. mainly target on bungalow. but its Damn big land size. bout 50 x 70 something....

so far as i know most who paid for the booking cheque are uncles .....kajang area ones.....wat i think is that in future there are not so much 'nice scenary' u can enjoy at the clubhouse...with those uncles's old habit.

IMHO, this is a something very 'special design' pojek.
Location: no big deal for those ppl who live/work/ study around that area. But ppl who working at the other part of klang valley, maybe wil cost more petrol to work??? invenstment: might be looking for long run investment....still there are alot of township developments will pop up at that semenyih area few years later. pojek development: 100+ units is terrace which in the price range RM 600k++, i guess no need ballot coz internal have the capability to sapu all units(internal from?? Mayland + CG??) the rest is Bungalow which is about range of RM 1.2mil, its a open concept thingy. no gate between your neigbours(typical malaysian boleh accept ke?? doubt). juz some persanal ideas.... still looking into it. |

CG only have sales office currently at sri hartamas... dont think there is any at semenyih currently due to uncompleted site.
