definitely CG wont be high density since most of the unit is bungalow. Look at the bungalow in cheras, kajang there are tons of it and no people buying it cause nobody afford to own 1 with the balloning property prices

I think is 3 storey instead 2.5 cause you have 2 bedroom on the top floor. It will only consider 2.5 if there is only 1 room available on top floor.

all use red brick even the house just that the picture is not clear as you can see those are already cemented show unit and 1 more unit under development u can roughly see is red brick

From what I know mayland name was use as JV but development is fully country garden nothing to do with Mayland if you are skeptical of their previous project aka Regalia.

But then at least regalia now they give free parking lot for the delay and everything seems to be nice.

it wont be hot cause not everyone is rich and afford a bungalow/mansion since link house is limited to 100+ unit only.
If the developer rethink their stragtegy to provide more link house that will be different story

one more thing to highlight most country garden in china have transport facilities. A bus will ferry people around the township.
