1C mostly foreigners buyer? Going to sick project list but the group and owner just look like silent only? Kuchai East the one act very agrresive and high exposure rate to voice out seek for help.

I really don’t understand the layout. Is it luxurious or what? Bad design or am I just too used to rumahwip practicality?

900+ sqft to only have one bedroom with a window sounds idiotic to me.

Oh no we can't compare this to Rumawips. 1C is middle upper class. Too atas for us to understand

designer fail la, not luxurious at all, just lousy planning. you try go ask any ID or architect, the layout does not make sense at all.
some unit facing car park, wtf really? such big prime land, they die die choose to build car park and unit side by side. imagine parking everyday have to walk so far to building to take lift.

The best part is residential block facing medium cost apartment next door and carpark block facing IKEA.

From this already know the architect fail big time.

i so look forward to buy property opposite mytown when mytown launch. turn out this layout and design. everything down to drain.
beside MRT, Mytown & velocity also can fail. Its just 1 station away from TRX. so much potential but fail

Sales rep Boustead informed me this land is bought by Binastra (but has not appeared in news yet). So Binastra bought 2 lands from Boustead and Sunway bought. 3 lands sold to them in Cochrane.

Nup, the one sold to Sunway was parcel opposite MRT and not next to MRT
