200 m walk from Cochrane MRT, enjoy conveniences just opposite from MYtown and IKEA, covered walkway to sunway velocity amenities, freehold , solid unblocked north facing with KL city view, around 800-900 psf and large unit. A solid buy with great potential of uptick.

Aiya, how to compare 1C and SV. One is near to mall providing grocery for daily needs, another 1 is near to furniture warehouse.. everyday eat furniture meh tgeoklin liked this post
