200 m walk from Cochrane MRT, enjoy conveniences just opposite from MYtown and IKEA, covered walkway to sunway velocity amenities, freehold , solid unblocked north facing with KL city view, around 800-900 psf and large unit. A solid buy with great potential of uptick.

no wrong what, one chochrane can walk to both velocity and mytown ikea
V2 kenot walk to mytown ikea, only velocity, plus one cochrane is nearer to mrt compared to v2

Less than 600m walking distance to mrt, 2 stations away from bandar malaysia, low density, 5 star hotel facitilies inspired, freehold land, view facing pnb 118 and trx

Status as at September 2022: ABANDONED
SAs for this proj: nowhere to be seen
Buyers: suffering monthly interest payment on disbursed sum

Aiya, how to compare 1C and SV. One is near to mall providing grocery for daily needs, another 1 is near to furniture warehouse.. everyday eat furniture meh

No need to guess…if the property is under HDA can walk in to kpkt to enquire on the project status..

Second indicator is to see whether the site got movement for the past 6 months anot…

Both should be doable given there is a large buyer group with collective action

I had a buddies working with Boustead, but not under Property division, he also said not sure if they can survive working there until end this year. Rumours flying around, mss, vss keep showing there, due to LCS impact

Laymans are better to buy completed units, undercon proj are for sophistocated investors…

Wun have such hassle in the first place if buyers bought completed unit, u pay what u get, then this forum posts wun be so long ady haha

Boustead management is not known to be savvy. Unless mof guarantee, won't be easy to find a white knight.

Dont compare coz V2 is remotely of the same league with 1C. 1C has mall with middle upper class ie: Muji, Pull & Bear, love bonito, victoria secret.. while the other one near to mall for middle lower class like err.. giordano, FOS, G2000.. but honestly, it suits you.
